By accessing or using the Analytik platform (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Analytik is a contextual intelligence platform that provides strategic business insights, predictive analytics, and decision support. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with credit-based usage for insight generation.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription and Credits

Access to the Service requires a paid subscription. Credits are consumed per pipeline run (insight generation). Unused credits do not roll over between billing periods unless otherwise stated in your plan. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: attempting to reverse engineer the platform, using the Service for unlawful purposes, or interfering with the security or integrity of the Service.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
